Shipping & Delivery


Shipping Destinations: At this time we only ship to locations within the US.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING for most of our products. Free shipping applies to final destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Any products that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly marked on the website product page with a discounted flat shipping rate. 

Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will not process your payment until we verify availability and expected shipping time directly with the manufacturer or supplier warehouse and notify you via email. It may take us up to 2 business days to obtain this verification from the manufacturer/supplier.

If it is determined your item(s) are on unexpected backorder we will email you with an updated shipping time frame before processing your payment. If your item is no longer available, we will immediately void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the estimated shipping time changes from what we originally verified, we will notify you and will honor any request to cancel and refund you order if you do not wish to wait the extended shipping time.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. At any time feel free to follow up with us about your order at

Shipping Times: We do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, however we do not guarantee shipping times. The time frames provided on the product pages are estimates based on the most current information available. We ship all items from warehouses in various locations across the US and shipping times may vary. Other factors that may affect shipping times include manufacturer production delays, freight line delivery delays, weather, seasonal demand, etc.,

Impact of COVID-19 on Shipping and Product Availability: Production delays and product availability of many goods continue to be impacted due to the supply chain challenges that have emerged as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are working hard to fulfill your orders quickly however you may still experience longer than usual delivery times. Many manufacturers are experiencing delays in production and therefore inventory shortages are still common as are longer lead times for stock replenishment.

We apologize for this delay and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work diligently to deliver your order as fast and safely as possible.

Residential Truck Freight, Lift-Gate Delivery: Residential/Lift-Gate delivery by a Freight Carrier to your home address must often be used for delivery of items over 150 lbs. Products shipped by freight require an appointment and require someone to be home to accept and sign off on the delivery. The Freight company will contact you directly to schedule the delivery date and time frame. Note: Freight companies will only deliver your shipment to your driveway or curbside; they will not bring it into your garage, home or yard. You will need to make arrangements on your end to move it to the desired location.

Extra Shipping Fees Warning for Buyer: If for any reason you cannot accept a scheduled delivery of your shipment, after the order has shipped, any and all re-delivery, re-consignment and or storage fees will be the consumer's responsibility. These fees can be costly, so please be sure you can be there to inspect and accept delivery, once it reaches its final destination.  We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Basils’ Backyard Kitchen Store or other parties only an estimate.

Receiving your Delivery: Please be sure to inspect your shipment before signing for it. Although freight damage is rare, it can occasionally happen. Any and all damage must be noted in writing on the freight bill/delivery receipt. It is the consumer's responsibility to make sure that no damage has occurred, prior to signing for your shipment. Be sure to verify that you have the correct number of pieces. A packing slip is attached on each shipment and will show the total piece count for the order. Once you sign the delivery receipt, the shipment becomes your property. Upon receipt of your order you must notify Basil’s Backyard Kitchen Store of any discrepancies within 24 hours from receipt of the shipment. Please email us at Failure to do so will hold Basil’s Backyard Pizza Kitchen Store harmless of any claims.

Inspection for Damages:

1.) Any and all damage, defects, missing pieces or discrepancies must be noted in writing on the freight bill/delivery receipt before signing for delivery. 

2.) If the damaged items were delivered by Truck Freight, please immediately contact the freight carrier customer service department at the phone number on the carrier’s bill to verbally report the nature of the damage. 

3.) If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please take and send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon receipt of your order you must notify Basil’s Backyard Kitchen Store of any discrepancies within 24 hours from receipt of the shipment. Failure to do so will hold Basil’s Backyard Pizza Kitchen Store harmless of any claims.

4.) Keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our supplier's customer service department prior to being processed.

Important: Signing for your delivery without noting any damages or the inability to inspect the delivery or the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition. Leaving a note or instructions for the driver in lieu of being present to visually inspect it yourself is considered to be the same as signing for your products in good condition. Basil's Backyard  Kitchen Store will be held harmless of any claims.

If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, Basil's Backyard Kitchen Store cannot be held liable for any damages, missing pieces, etc. that may be incurred as a result of this decision. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged package please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package; however, Basil's Backyard Kitchen Store will be held harmless of any claims.

Damaged Merchandise: Your order is carefully packaged prior to shipping, and although freight damage is rare, it can occasionally happen. If apparent/visual damage should occur, it must be noted on the freight bill or delivery receipt and signed by the carrier's agent, failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor a claim. If excessive damage has occurred the merchandise should be refused upon original delivery attempt. Please save any damaged product, and the original box and packaging and notify Basil’s Backyard Kitchen Store within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We will contact the supplier to send (at their discretion, should the parts exceed their internal formulas they reserve the right to have you repackage the product and ship it back to them.) any parts required for documented freight damage. If your item(s) do arrived damaged in any way, please send photos to Failure to notify us of any documented damage or missing parts within the 24 hour time frame will be the customer's responsibility for any repairs and or replacement parts. Once you sign for your shipment, it becomes your property.
