Refunds: Refunds are automatically applied to the original method of payment used to place the order. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable on all orders unless of course it is our mistake.

Canceling An Order: You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping for a full refund of your original purchase price; however orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee. If we (the store) must cancel your order for reason of product unavailability, a full refund will be issued to you with no administration fee. If your order has already shipped, and you still wish to return the item, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and coordinating the return to the location the shipment originated from. See below for return merchandise authorization (RMA) instructions.

Final Sales: Any orders that use a coupon or coupon code are final. Any products that are custom ordered or made per order are final sales.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required: All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you wish to return an item please email us at with your purchase order # listed on your original order confirmation email and explain the reason for requesting a return. We will review the request and if it meets the return eligibility requirements outlined here, we will provide the approved return address for the product manufacturer/supplier. The cost to ship the product back to the manufacturer/supplier will be paid by you (the buyer) (Unless we or the manufacturer made an error). In cases when there is a product exchange, the cost for shipping on any new product(s) is paid by the customer.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipment container. Any items returned without a prior RMA will be refused a refund. 

Returns: For items eligible for return, we offer a 14 day customer satisfaction guarantee. Return policies vary by each brand. We follow the return policies set by each brand's manufacturer/supplier. Return policies are listed on each individual product page here on our website. We highly encourage you to view the specific details of the return policy for the product you are buying on the product page before purchasing, and message us first if you have questions.

Return Eligibility: We can not provide a full refund for any returns that have been opened or used. Items must be new, unused, unopened, unassembled, and resalable in their original unopened packaging in order to be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping costs. When a returned item is not in its original condition, is opened, is used, is damaged, or missing parts, only partial refunds will be granted. We retain the right to charge a 30% restocking fee plus shipping on any returned item.

On all returned items where shipping was FREE or discounted as a Flat Rate to you (the buyer) at the time of purchase, the original shipping cost incurred by Basils Backyard Kitchen Store will be deducted from your refund. 

When returning an item, you (the buyer) are responsible for coordinating and paying for the return shipping charges in full. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Product returns are not accepted at the business address listed on our website.


We will on a case by case basis replace any item that somehow is defective per the manufacturer's allowances and guidelines. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email at and we will contact you with exchange details approved by the manufacturer/supplier. 

You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping your exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refused Shipments
If you refuse your merchandise or fail to accept delivery of an item you will be charged for return shipping charges as well as a 20% restocking fee.

NOTE: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
